Endless bootlooping windows 10

Hello guys I need some help in order to fix my pc.Yesterday evening while I was playing dirt rally the screen freezed and the pc restarted by itself but it was not able to boot after that.Basically it shows the windows logo and after that turns black screen and then restarts again.I tried system restore windows reset,start up repair and even installing a fresh copy of windows and the same problem still exist.Strangely it boots on safe mode so I tried some commands from cmd like chkdsk /f and changing the registry but nothing worked.Could someone help? Oh I am running windows 10 btw

If this is a prebuilt PC, please list the make and model and any changes you've made to it. If this is a homebuilt PC, please list all components. Be specific, make sure to include power supply make and model as well as CPU cooler.

It is a custom build
Cpu : amd athlon x4 845
Mobo : MSI a88x g43
Ram 2 × 4gb gskill aegis ddr3L
Gpu : r9 270 OC at 1040 mhz core clock
Psu : seasonic g450 gold
Storage : ssd intel 540 240gb
I overclocked the cpu but I turned it off since the problem started
Cooling solution : raijintech ereboss
Everything else is on stock except from the gpu

I doubt it's a hardware issue. Everything is fully compatible.

Let's try removing the graphics card and booting to integrated graphics. If this yields a change in system behavior, please let me know what changed.

My cpu does not have intergrated graphics but I have an old gtx 650 I will try it and let you know btw is it any chance that the ssd is defected?

Not to worry about that man and thanks for your support I have already targeted the rx 480 gtr from xfx and I was planning to buy it in summer but If you have another suggestion I would like to hear it.My preferences are ultra 1080P for the most part but I also wanted to join on entry level 1440p

Good choice. I have an old playlist on the topic that needs updating to include newer variants of the RX 480, but the ones that are in the playlist tell their stories straight.
