Endless reboot loop on windows 10

So, I factory reset my computer after having the memory_management error. It is stuck in an endless reboot loop while trying to reinstall windows 10. It goes all the way to the screen that says "instaling windows" and then reboots.

Try using one RAM stick at a time or different RAM. Try different RAM slots.

I found out how to fix it. I put windows 10 on a usb and did a re-install of windows from there. [not sure if that contributed to fixing the problem]. Before I did that however, I switched the slots that my RAM were in so the back one was in the front and the front was in the back.
