Guys i have
i3 540 intel processor
Gigabyte h55ms2v lga1156 motherboard
One 4gb ddr3 ram (because i burnt one ram slot out of 2)
550watt corsair powersupply
1tb hd
Gtx650ti boost gpu
Now the problem i was facing,
I was unable to get display,my CPU powered up, gpu worked, smps was working, only my cpu fan wasn't working.... But when i removed 12v 4pin connector from motherboard cpu fan worked perfectly when i repluged 12v 4pin connector back cpu fan stopped working... All happening when cpu had power supply turned ON but i was not getting any display
I told the engineer about the problem...
He took my CPU and told me he would need 1 day to troubleshoot..
The next day he called and said motherboard will be repaired and he told me the fee...after few minutes he called me back and said ram slots are not working motherboard can't be fixed i told him i have burnt one slot other was perfectly fine... But he says both slots are not working... I am pretty sure that engineer burnt the other slot and now he is giving me excuses..
I went to pick up my CPU and he told me one pin of ram slot is not working he tried to fix it and he somehow got the display once but while troubleshooting again it didn't work...
I came home and tried to run my cpu but now nothing is working!! No smps, gpu anything... I don't know what to do any advice guys! :/ i want to sue that man :/

Hello... The MB had problems in more ways than you might have known... I would suggest EBAy and the internet for a new/used 1156 MB... another important suggestion here is, Never plug or un-plug into live circuts within the MB.
1) Try clearing or re-flashing the MB BIO's.

Do you have paperwork detailing who's liable for damage done to components during the repair? If yes, then you have a legal right to ask for compensation from the store's manager or owner. If not, you have no choice but to proceed with other avenues.

Either way, you have to be certain that it was not your fault, continue troubleshooting the problem.

Side note: the PC repair technician is most likely not an engineer.

Filing paperwork for small claims court would cost more than a new motherboard and you still wouldn't be able to prove he was responsible for a motherboard already experiencing critical power issues. That motherboard was likely a ticking time-bomb anyway. Don't shoot the messenger.

Your motherboard was failing before you took it to a shop. You acknowledge the board is failing by mentioning that only one ram slot works. You took it to a shop, the technician confirmed the failing motherboard, and instead of replacing the failing hardware, you took it back home knowing it was failing, and now it is dead. You have no case. RIP motherboard. Buy a new one and stop blaming other people for your misfortunes.

Well guys one more thing... It's absolutely fine if my motherboard is dead but what about other components like smps gpu... Are they not working coz my mobo ia dead??!!!???? :/

Faulty mobo could be the root of a whole mess of problems. You need to troubleshoot one component at a time to help narrow down the problem...you need to do this with a mobo that you know for certain is 100% healthy.
What is "smps"?

faulty channels on the motherboard can cause damage to other components so i would avoid using when you notice problems like this. more than likely your other components are still fine but you won't know until you try them in another motherboard.

i really don't see any cheap 1156 boards around anymore used or new. your best bet is probably to upgrade to a more modern chipset.
