Question Enlarged ui help?

Not really sure where to post this, but, my ui is expanded. Desktop, icons, mouse are all big. Any Game it looks zoomed in and lags badly. Just got into computers, got it 3 days ago. Worked fine last night when I put it on sleep, get on today and it's like this. Motherboard is an asus prime x570-pro. Graphics card is an rtx3070. Running windows 11. I've got no clue what it could be. Thank you for your time.

Check under 'display settings" IIRC and look to see what your zoom is set to in relation to the chosen resolution. There are additional settings in Accessibility as well.

Everything is at normal and resolution is at recommended. When I tried to go up in resolution it has green specs on it and is disoriented.
