Enquiry about refilling of Laser Printer Cartridge

can I refil the Laser printer hp 1008 cartridge?

I wouldn't recommend it unless you have black floor coverings in your place already.

Obviously it's feasible in principle because companies sell recycled cartridges but if the cartridge includes the drum then that will be worn -- and you have to use the specific toner for your printer.
