epson printer won't print

Second time I had to change cartridges for the Epson XP-310, and the second time I can't get printer to start printing again. New ink levels showing okay. Thanks for any suggestions.

Clean the ink cartridge heads. There should be an option in your printer's configuration that allows for cleaning of the cartridge heads.

Thanks, tried that however, it is till not printing. If I only wrote down the procedure I used to fix it the first time.
