Question Erase SSD?

Hi, I have an ADATA SU800 512GB Solid State Drive that I want to fully erase all files on it, including the operating system files. Just remove everything completely. Although I do not know any good software to erase it, the ADATA software is not compatible with it. Can I have some help please.

You want to "secure erase", be it via ADATA's tool or a third party option. You want a utility specifically for SSDs - you DO NOT want to write to the drive repeatedly, like you would with a traditional HDD.

So I should only do secure erase once, well I tried uing the toolbox, it did not work, are there any free third party softwares.

It is not compatible with windows 8. That's what my OS is.

Oh crap ur right bro, I found a loophole anyways by hooking it up to a windows 7 computer so the software is compatible and then erasing it.

You should do that in the uefi .
