Question Error 18 in windows 10 Intel graphics driver

Hello. I have recently reinstalled my windows 10 pro on my laptop to freshen up the speed but now in device manager instead of showing Intel HD graphics 5500 it shows video controller(vga compatible). I have the AMD radeon graphics card which shows up just right under display adapters. But this video controller driver thing is just like that no matter if I uninstall or disable it. I redownloaded Intel graphics drivers from both Lenovos website and Intel website but non of them worked. When I uninstall the video controller thing it's supposed to show Microsoft generic but it keeps showing the same thing. I can play the games I used to but can't open apps like mirillis action because they come up with a gpu related error. Also Intel graphics control panel is supposed to show up in the context menu if it's installed properly but it doesn't. Which means something is blocking the installer from copying the needed files.
