Error -6002

When I am trying to load my digital camera software I get an error which says

Setup has experienced an error. please do the following
- close any running program (I have no program running)
- empty your temporary folder
- check your internet connection

error code : -6002

Can someone help me find out how to remove this error. It allowed me to load
quicktime though. Any help will be highly appreciated

I dont think removing the error will help, then it will just fail
silently. What you want to do is fix the error, perhaps this would
