error at start up

I have started receiving an error recently when I start up
my computer. Not quite sure what it means or where I
need to look for an answer.

The error reads: Error loading C:\windows\downloaded
program files\bridge. The specified module could not be
found.

Any help appreciated. Thanks.

Error loading C:\WINDOWS\System32\bridge.dll: The specified module could not be
found.
Bridge.dll is not a valid Windows file, it's part of LoudMarketing's spyware.
