Error code: 0x643

WindowsXp won't update my Security Update Microsoft.Net Framework 2.0 SP2 on Windows Server 2003 and WindowsXp x86 (KB2656352) error code 0x643.I've tried all the auto-fixes ,Windows Fix-it,but still it just won't install.Any suggestions on this perticular problem would be appreciated.Also when I run the auto-fix it says that it has fixed a few problems,such as misconfigured updates.

XP always seems to have issues with this update for some reason. Don't think I have seen a fix for it.

Try to uninstall .net 2, re-install, see if the update works after that. Or just leave it uninstalled and just run a newer version.
