[SOLVED] Error code 0x80080005

I’m currently running Windows 8.1 but I’ve tried to upgrade to Windows 10 multiple times and I keep getting “error code 0x80080005” I read online to check for current Windows updates but every time I try, it freezes. Any tips?

This is caused by windows updates clashing with a security third party program or it's windows update who cannot find the System Volume Information folder.
