when i send a document by pdf my alert is 'activation error printer not activated error code - 30'

When you email a pdf? Print a pdf? What is "send a document" mean here?

What model printer are you printing to? How is it connected?

You can try to do a system restore in XP to an earlier time if this used to work before.

Have you installed any software that deals with PDF files? Seems like some accounting software causes issues.
