Error code: ERR_CONNECTION_RESET

I keep getting this error on most of the pages i open on chrome or the pages open with all text and no actual web page layouts running windows 8 and chrome but the problem doesn't stop with that it also seems to not connect me to the internet for curse addons or league of legends. I've cleared my caches flushed my dns, checked my connection settings pretty much everything i have found to do i've done and none of it has helped please help me fix this xD it's really frustrating my drivers are all up to date and the internet connection actually works so i don't know. Also reinstalled chrome did a full scan with vipre and it found nothing for malware or anything so yeah...also just found out my internet explorer does the same thing

Using wifi or ethernet cable to the router?

Tried turning the router off then on again?

Tried a router reset?

Run a Virus Scan eg Avast, Malwarebytes

Ran i virus scan twice, ethernet, reset the router and turned it on and off and it's a laptop i'm canadian so yeah

Tried another ethernet cable?

In Control Panel, Device Manager is your ethernet chip working OK? Is the driver up to date? If not, fix it. If so, look at buying a replacement eg http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16833166005

Apparently i don't have a PCI driver and i have no idea what that is

For what device? You can find them and download them then install them.

realtek hd audio, It did fine at some point but i noticed one day it started making my mics barely work so i got rid of it and then my mic volumes were good stupid thing made me buy a new mic cause i thought it broke but the driver seems to screw with it now. As for my ethernet driver it's fine and up to date its a killer E 2200.

Also to fix the errors i disabled my antivirus and firewalls to see if they were doing it and nope no change

Try removing your browsing history

Did that and restarted my computer no change
