I cannot burn a cd because my computer does not see the device. I get a error code 19 when I check the device manager. I cannot fix this problem.

In the device manager-->right click on the device-->click properties-->uninstall the driver-->restart-->the PC will recognize the new hardware and install new drivers.

This will usually fix the problem.
