Error connecting laptop to smartphone hotspot

Hi!

Problem began when I restarted my smartphone. Since then, I've been having trouble connecting my laptop to my smartphone's hotspot. My laptop can connect to my house's internet router, and I can connect other computers to smartphone's hotspot. So I know that both the laptop and smartphone are working!

When I try to connect my laptop to the smartphone's hotspot, the following error appears above the internet connection icon: "No internet access".

I've tried adjusting the firewall settings in my laptop, but it did not work.

Specs:

Laptop: Acer Aspire One Netbook, Win7 Starter.
Smartphone: LG P870, Android. 4.0.4

Try removing network on laptop and reinput it.
Control Panel, Network and Sharing Center, manage wireless networks, find the one from your phone and delete it
