error installing windows 7

Just started a build kind of new to modern pc's. Got everything in and I did have a few issues with not connecting wires properly. Though all was good, because I could see everything in the bios. But o can seem to get windows to install. I had 2 older hardrive fail so I bought a brand new one, but I keep getting the same error screen pop up when I try to install Windows 7

Yes I am a bad person for using a copy of windows, but I was desperate to get my pc up and running. I will eventually get windows.

Can anyone help? Please..
