Error Mesage: Incorrect Network Security Key

I keep getting "incorrect Network Security Key" but I have checked many times and key is correct. Help.

This occurs at another location away from my home. My home internet is fine. This location (in Aust) uses a Netgear CG3100 supplied by Telstra.
