It's one of the Windows files. Try doing a "System File Check" . Put your XP
disk or recovery disk in the drive and close any "autoplay" windows that
open. Now click start\run and type in sfc /scannow and let it do it's thing.
This checks the present version of Microsoft OS files, on your drive, with
the ones on the disk, and replaces any missing or corrupt ones ,with the
originals on the disk. Be sure to put a space after the sfc when you type it
in the "run" line. {]:~)
