Question Error when connecting device to windows 10

When i'm trying to connect my oculus quest 2 to my computer i get this error every time: The last usb device you connected to this computer malfunctioned and windows does not recognize it.
I have updated drivers, deleted drivers and reinstalled them, tried on different comuputers (worked) and tried a different cable. I'd be so happy if i got this fixed cuz i have had this error for 3 months.

This is true, i will give you an iso image for windows 7 home basics!

(Windows 7 is 3,8 GB)

@Kevin00812 - do not download software from strange/unknown links.

Software may be pirated and/or infected.

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS. There may be other reasons that Occulus Quest is not working.

Look in Reliability History and Event Viewer for additional error information.
