Error when using asdf keys on Blackweb Centaur Keyboard

I have a Blackweb Centuar gaming keyboard. Plugged it in for the first time, but when I press 's' it either types '3' or 'm'

sounds like you need to exchange it for another one to me.
I'm assuming another keybd works fine and its not the usb port
