I advise u to format the drive using windows 7 or windows 8.1.Then try installing Win 10 if u want. I faced the probelm several times and resolved it in this way.U can try it it may work for u.
P.S. I am a tech savy person i have pretty much experience over these things.If u are not confident about my mthod then dont try it. Good luck.
