Ethernet appearing as Unidentified network, and comes up with "Ethernet does not have valid IP configuration"

I have had this problem now for about 2 days, I have tried everything, every suggestion on every forum.
Here is a list of things I have tried with no avail.
Reset windows and installed a fresh version.
Tried to reset TCP/IP protocols (this actually didn't work, I got to one the commands and it through out and error).
Updated all my drivers (Again and again and again).
Changed the default gateway, and everything else.
and I'm sure their are few other things that I have done which I have forgotten, but at this point I am completely lost, and looking for any help at all (even if I have mentioned it above).
Here are my specs
Motherboard - ROG Strix z270f
GPU - MSI GeForce GTX 1080
CPU - Intel i7 7700

This happened completely randomly, I was watching a video, and the internet went out, when I returned from resetting it, this had happened. And I am not sure if this would help but I did have a power surge a couple of days before it happened, although I have a power surge protector.

Open up CMD as administrator, then type “ipconfig /release && ipconfig /renew” and see what IP it gives you. Sounds like it might not be getting DHCP.
