Question Ethernet connection not working on PC startup

Almost every time I turn on my PC my ethernet connection does not allow me to actually use the internet, I have tried re installing my ethernet driver multiple times, using a different port on my router, but the only thing that makes it work is if I unplug the ethernet cable from the pc for about 10 seconds everytime I turn it on and then plug it back in. I built this pc only around 4-5 months ago. It is a 30m cat5e cable. Does anyone have any idea what the problem is?

Hello

Can you please check and confirm if you have any Apple program like iTunes installed on your PC? If so, it's probably the Bonjour service that's causing the trouble.

To resolve the issue, you can type SERVICES.MSC in the Cortana search box, press enter, locate and double-click the Bonjour Service from the Services snap-in, Stop the service, and set its Startup type to Disabled.

Once done, restart the computer and see if the issue is fixed.

Cheers!!
