Hi all, been struggling with this for a week and can't figure it out.

I have an Asus z77-a motherboard and a TP-LINK AV500 powerline kit, Windows 10 is fully updated. I have no anti-virus except for Windows Defender.

My ethernet suddenly failed on me and I can't get it functioning again. I turned on my computer one day, and it tells me "identifying network." I can't get rid of this message no matter what.

I've reset and disabled the ethernet port, updated the drivers, and disabled my firewall. I've tried changing my IP and DNS settings, to no avail. I tried running the commands in this link, and I came upon an error message I can't identify. Can anyone help me out? Below is the CMD text I get by running the commands. I am the only user and owner of this desktop, I should have full admin rights.

Yes it does. I have other devices connected via ethernet to the same router, and they have no problems.

Make sure your PC is set to accept dhcp from the router, check that the router has dhcp enabled, and accepts the PC as the client.
In your router's management page you should see a client list.
Does the connection work if you remove the powerline kit from the equation and just use a cable?
