Question Ethernet lost after sleep mode

After I wake my PC up from sleep mode, I can't connect to the internet (I use wired internet), I have to reset network stuff every time. Any fix for this or what causes it? I'm using an
Asus - TUF B450M-PLUS GAMING Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard with an AMD - Ryzen 5 2600X 3.6 GHz 6-Core Processor.

What is your OS?

See if turning "allow the computer to turn off this device" in power management in through device manager helps.

Or generally turn off any 'sleep' or reduce power options and wake on LAN options in the power management section for the relevant ethernet/network device.

Also, sometimes, it is resolved by reloading/reinstalling the driver for the network adapter/device.
