... and still no V, refund, or recent updates from Eve about either. Waiting since January 2018 for more than promises from them.

I'm stuck here with the same problem, ordered 23rd January 2018. Thus we are not a single issue and Eve Tech does not reply or anything while selling the i7 version for less than half the price we paid for (and eventually shipping devices while ignoring the former purchases), it's insulting how they can get away with it..... Any ideas or experiences left on how to fix it?
