Question Event ID: 10016

Ok, so I'm betting most of you have run into this "Event ID" while gaming when it crashes any game, from an old title to the most recent release. I have searched and searched and gone in-depth, trying to fix this one single issue that seems to raise its ugly head no matter what type of fix I make. Does anyone know how I can solve this issue once and for all?
