Hi. I was having restarting problems after 1 week without using my PC.

Have a new TV 43 Samsung UN43NU7090 as Secondary Monitor

SPECS: AMD 8320
4GB x2 HyperX Fury 1866mhz
Nvidia GTX 1060 (6GB)
Logitech Keyboard g410
Mouse logitech g502
NEW PSU Seasonic 650 bronze
NEW 1TB WD Blue SSD

• NEW PSU
• NEW SSD (was having caché issues with Chrome, sometimes images didnt load)

Then Reinstalled Windows 10 Pro 64 (1909)

My problem now is that Explorer.exe restarts randomly causing some stutters logically (Sometimes generating two same eventID 4798, 1 second difference)
Sometimes it EXPLORER.EXE doesnt look like restarting but the night vision feature of winodws 10 deactivate and activate again..

• I've changed Thermal Paste
• Switched RAMS in slots and cleaned them (4GB x 2 Hyperx Black 1866mhz)
• Checked RAMS with MemTest (they are fine)
• cleaned everything internally
• changed sata positioning
• I've changed mouse, happened again.
• I've changed Keyboard happened again
• Updated BIOS

The event is normal, my work PC also have this event, but my home PC for some reason causes explorer to restart
