[SOLVED] every time computer start promt ask for please select boot device

i have asus laptop x505za
from last few days every time i start it promt message come to please select boot device
1 window boot manager
2 enter setup

i have only one hard drive installed and that work fine after i press enter but this come every time

You can get that message if the boot method has been changed,

What is showing under CSM in the boot menu?

is your hdd listed in the windows boot manager?

another reason it can happen is if the boot drive has stopped working, so is bios seeing the drive at all?

boot drive working fine
csm show disable
also i notice escape key is not working

try enabling csm, it might be all you need.

Sorry for not replying, my GPU died on Monday and I have been without a working PC.
