[SOLVED] Every Usb drive Needs Format

Every usb drive i insert it says that it needs to be formatted.
Can you help me please?

I've tried every usb port on my computer and even i tried to format but i've got an error that it says "Windows was unable to complete the format."

Advise PC specs. This sounds like corrupted chipset driver. Go to the support website for your PC and see if they have a Windows10 chipset driver to download. Go to the Device Manager and delete all the entries under Universal Serial Bus Controllers, if you found a chipset driver, install it, then reboot your computer.
