the seller may not but the manufacturer has one. any issues and Corsair will handle the swap for you.
seller can't take that away from you
but it is good to be wary of such things. i can't read it but i assume it is a new unit so it should be ok. but there are other listings for the same psu at slightly higher prices. 125-135 km roughly
there were a couple others but there were a few more eruos. this one is only a few more than you asked for but it is a solid unit.

it is not a very good psu but it would handle the basic pc you have described.
i'd not personally buy one but if you already have it, then it is good enough for what you plan to put it in. if you don't already have it, then look for something better. lots of quality units for pretty good prices making a B1 not worth the money.

Seasonic have 3y warranty, I go for this PSU. not much more expensive than a corsair.
