What would be the best 600 watt power supply to get for around 60 dollars? Should I just stick with EVGA?

You haven't listed your specs yet. I would be surprised if you really needed 600 watts. There only two PSU's that I would consider that come close to that price point. The M12II 520 which I have already linked to. The other is the Corsair CX 550.

The power supplies suggested by other posters are even better, but they cost more money.
All the PSU's suggested so far are all excellent choices. However, if you are on a budget the Seasonic M12II 520 is on sale at Newegg for $39 after $20 mail in rebate.

These are very rugged and reliable power supplies and are a steal at that price point. It's even fully modular.
