EVGA G2 650w fan facing up or down ?

i have a nzxt phantom 240 and evga g2 650w and i was wondering if i should put the psu fan facing up or down ?

P.S. : i'm going to put the pc on a low shelf

If it has a dust filter on the bottom intake would be optimal.
