Is this a good card for a budget gaming build? (https://www.amazon.com/EVGA-GeForce-Passive-Graphics-01G-P3-1313-KR/dp/B004KABG1I/ref=sr_1_2?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1508427188&sr=1-2&keywords=nvidia+PCI+Express++graphics+card) Also it says that it needs a minimum of 300 W, so if I buy a 480 W PSU will that cover it and all the other components in my pc?
This is my board.(https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157733&nm_mc=TEMC-RMA-Approvel&cm_mmc=TEMC-RMA-Approvel-_-Content-_-text-_-)

No, the GT210 is not even close to a gaming gpu. The GT 210 is old and is alot slower than the igpu in the cpus that b250 motherboard supports. For gaming go with atleast an RX460, RX560 or GTX 1050 as those are the current gens entry level gaming cards.

Also don't skimp on PSU quality 480w makes me think you are looking at a $20 Logisys or Apevia fire hazard grade PSU.

Thanks. I'll probably get that when I get my next check.( Getting the PSU and the case at the same time.) Also how long do the rebates take to come back in the mail?

Last one I got from Newegg took 2 months.

I'll compare this one with the one bignastyid recommended to me and make a decision in a day or two. I really appreciate the advice since this is my first attempt at a build and I'd like to do it right.

Wow. 2 months. 😛 well at least I'm saving money in the long run I guess lol.

One more question and I'll stop bugging you guys (Seriously I appreciate all of your guy's advice). If I get a card between a GeForce 600 series - GeForce 800M series would it be worth it or would it still be like throwing my money away on the 210?
