EVGA GeForce GT 730 Graphics Card, No Display, New Build.

Okay, I have everything built and together but, when I plug in a monitor there is No Display. Power is going through everything and all the fans run, Including the Graphics Card fan. I tried plugging in to the Mobo instead but nothing. I even tried all the other Ports. Hdmi, Vga. Then I assumed I was just missing something small so I completely rebuilt it....3 Times. Is there just something wrong with my Graphics Card? There is noting from the power supply going into it, But there isn't really any place to plug one in. Please Help!
