EVGA GTX 460 768 MB Good or Bad

hi all i got a gigabyte Geforce GTS 250 1GB for the moment .... i am hoping to get a new graphics card Geforce GTX 460 768MB in my country only available card IS evga AND IT HAS ONLY 768 MB and its bit rate is only 192 i (think this the only version i can get in my cuntry)

all i want to know is do i get a performance boost if i get this card is this card good than GTS 250? because the one i got now is 1GB and 256 bit it will be great if u guys can help me and want to know witch one is the best

this is my system

Processor - Intel® Core™2 Quad 2.4GHz
Memory - 4.0 GB RAM
Geforce GTS 250 1GB
HDD - 160GB
Cooler master eXtreme Power Plus 550W +12v1 16A ,+12v2 16A
