EVGA RMA or Amazon return

GPU arrived mlafunctionning, the fans keep stopping for no reason. Tried messing with the bios, and it still deos the same thing. Should I RMA with evga or return with Amazon? If i rma with evga, i have to pay 20$ of shipping while its free with amazon. I'l buy another one so thats not a problem.

What card do you have? A lot of the new Nvidia cards will stop the fan till they get above a set temp. Does the card boot up with windows? Have you tried to run a benchmark to see if the fans come on under load.

I also have a gtx 950 ftw, guess ill do some testing tonight.

Set a 30% at 30c profile with afterburner to get one fan spinning at low temps , the other fan will never kick in till 60c irregardless of what you do.

The zero fan profiles are somewhat annoying to me in all honesty.

Cant do that. MSI afterburner doesent even recognize my graphic card. It only shows the motherboard integrated gpu usage. I cant even disable the integrated graphics in the bios.

Msi afterburner doesent even recognize the gpu. It only shows the integrated graphic usage. Makes me think that the gpu is defective.

Where do you have your monitor cable plugged in at? Do you have the 8 pin power cable plugged in?

As above - is your monitor plugged into the cards video output & not the motherboard?
