I recently got a Zotac rtx 2060 6gb but I thought it was underperforming so i returned it and got an evga rtx 2060 6 gb graphics card and its still not getting the correct fps. I don't know what's causing this and I don't know how to find out what is causing this. I mainly play Rainbow six siege and on low settings its only getting 120-140 fps and when I watched a benchmark of the game on ultra it was getting around 170 fps I believe.

Specs:
EVGA RTX 2060 6gb graphics card
Aorus Z270X - Gaming 7 motherboard
16 gb ram
intel i7-7700K CPU 4.20 ghz 4 cores
and a 750 w power supply by evga
and a sandisk ssd

In rust which is another game I play I seem to get around 60-100 fps on the lowest of settings.
I dont know if this is the normal fps for this card but I expected more.

Whats your monitor refresh rate because 100-140 refresh rate is still good for playing games because sounds like you got an 144hz refesh rate monitor and that vid you watched they may have different monitor that supports over 144hz. Because my monitor gose up to 165hz. Try going into power settings and click high performance in power and plan setting

You should be able to play in high to ultra settings though. In comparison the Rtx 2060 is compared to the 1070/1080 which has high to ultra settings in games. However the 200fps in every game is not going to happen. I have the 4790k, which is about 10% slower than your 7700k, and Gtx 1080 which is about 10% stronger than your 2060 set up. I play everything in ultra settings everything turned on, and no vsync 1080p. I get 100-110 fps in Bf 5, 90fps in Ashes of Singularity, etc. So Here is another 45+ game benchmarks with your set up so you can see if you are near their results. https://www.gpucheck.com/gpu/nvidia-geforce-rtx-2060/intel-core-i7-7700k-4-20ghz/

in apex i am getting around 80-110 frames but I dont have many of the games on that list. So maybe its just my rainbow six siege or something I have tweaked with that is making me perform worse.
