Exceptional temps for a high end gaming pc?

Hello, i just recently upgraded my psu and my gtx 970 to a 1080 and i am experiencing weird temps. My specs are as follows

I7 4790k 4.0 gh

Gigabyte G1 Gaming GTX 1080

16gb ddr3

750w psu
and a ssd and hdd.

With overclocked 1080 and stock 4790k during games like GTA V and Rainbow Six Seige i get 50 - 65 c which ik is oaky. However, my cpu tends to average 60 - 70 c. Every so often a spile to 80 for a few moments is present but usually stays below high 60s. I was wondering if this is normal and if i should be worried. I have 5 case fans which is why im wondering why its doing this.

Some things ive thought of

Could stock cpu fan be doing this?

Maybe gpu heat is rising to my cpu?

That's a bit high for stock speeds. I'd suggest getting a better, aftermarket air cooler, or an AIO if that's in your budget.
