Question Excessive temperatures and voltage

After changing settings from the nvidia control panel, my video card started to overheat, and with it, its voltage also increased. I tried with afterburner to modify something but nothing.

1. "Complete" system specs should ALWAYS be accompanied with any driver, hardware, or performance question. Do not post DXDiag reports as they contain a TON of useless information. Posting a DxDiag in place of a System Spec List tends to ward off potential members from helping you.

*If the unit is a "laptop" or "All-in-one" system you must note the make and model# of the unit. Be sure you are ALWAYS using the OEM/manufacturer's Driver updates for the unit.

*If "Crashing":
-Note the nature of the "crash" in detail, as there are several definitions for the word "crash".

*If "performance" related issue:
-Note the "exact" point in which the performance reduction occurred (ie: After Windows update, After Bios update, After Driver update, After thermal system shutdown, After Hardware change/upgrade etc...)

*For diagnostic purposes please disable the following:
-Any/all Antivirus/ Anti-malware software

Cpu: I7 6700 (3,4 Ghz up to 4 Ghz with turbo boost)
Cpu cooler: Intel stock cooler - 34 °C Core temperature indle - 65 °C load (Both max temperature) .
Motherboard: Asus prime b250m-a
Ram: 1x8Gb of ram ddr4 2133 Ghz
Gpu: Gtx 950 stock - 65 °C indle - 75-80 ° load. Driver version is 436.02
Psu: Cougar stx 550w with 1 year of age. 200-240 V A/C input
I have installed os in a Kingston ssd 400 (240 gb), but i have a 1 tb toshiba hdd.
Case: Masterbox mb511. I mount a single coolermaster stock fan (idk the model)
OS: Windows 10
i use 2 monitors, both LG. One is a tv, 60 Hz 1920x180 and a old monitor 59 Hz with 1920x1080 native
The issue come after a restore. This restore is caused by a bsod that it says Inaccessible boot device.
