Question exhaust fan

I'm trying to insert the motherboard in my Phanteks P300 case but the exhaust fan is in the way of the IO panel, i unscrewed the fan to
remove it but it seems hard wired to the case.

The fan can be plugged into the motherboard, it is completely removable from the case.

Switch the exhaust fan to the top panel if it will not fit beside the IO panel.

Shouldn't need to remove the fan for the panel.
