[SOLVED] Extended displays - same resolution different physical size

I'm using a Lenovo X1 Extreme laptop running Windos 10 with a 15,6 inch, 1920x1080 res screen. I'm connected to a 24 inch Dell U2415 monitor with 1920x1200 res in a vertical configuration (Dell directly above laptop).

My problem is that when extending, windows thinks these two displays are the same physical size: View: https://imgur.com/w00OhuI
which makes navigating between these two screens difficult.

When I change the laptop resolution to 1366x768 the scaling is ok: View: https://imgur.com/4aAofPe
but the image on the laptop is obviously blurry.

Is it possible to achieve the same scaling/physical size difference between these two screens but keep the resolutions at their original levels?

If anyone has had a similar issue or solution, please let me know, because it's driving me crazy. Thanks in advance!

If second screen size is larger, then it also needs higher resolution.
For 1080p 15.6" screen corresponding 24" screen (with same pixel density) would require at least 2953x1661 resolution.

Get yourself 32" 3840x2160 screen. It will scale almost perfectly compared to your 15.6" screen.
