Question External Display Flickering Issue

I am not sure if it is a problem but I have an issue that my external monitor which I connected via hdmi cable to my notebook, goes black and comes back in only 1-2 seconds on every computer session. It occurs about 30 mins after the start. It occurs only once per session. After flicker, it goes stable.

When I used different monitor, same thing is happened. When I switch to VGA cable it did not happen. I have tried different hdmi cable, nothing is changed.

I have an Intel integrated graphics and an external NVidia Geforce GTX 860M.

I am working on Linux with integrated graphics and on windowd with both of them.

Is this a problem or totally normal behaviour ?
Is there any chance that it is about contrast adjustment technology ?

Have you tried messing with the Resolution? Because I've seen a smart TV connected to a PC Flicker to the black screen. The higher the resolution the more it would flicker the lower the resolution it would stop doing it. This TV was connect via a HDMI to a DVI adapter.
