External Hard Drive very slow!?

my external hard drive is very slow its a Silicon Power armor a30 2 tb and its half full 900 gb used

here is the crystal disk mark test

Random Write 4KiB (Q= 8,T= 8) : 0.758 MB/s [ 185.1 IOPS]
Random Read 4KiB (Q= 32,T= 1) : 0.339 MB/s [ 82.8 IOPS]
Random Write 4KiB (Q= 32,T= 1) : 0.767 MB/s [ 187.3 IOPS]
Random Read 4KiB (Q= 1,T= 1) : 0.291 MB/s [ 71.0 IOPS]
Random Write 4KiB (Q= 1,T= 1) : 0.724 MB/s [ 176.8 IOPS]

right now im transfering files from my external to my internal hd and its 30 mbps maximum someone help please

Use something like Crystaldiskmark and check its smart values.
