Please open the Links Below. I don't know how to fix it. I've tried so many Methods. I don't want to assume that this is Hard Drive Failure. Before this happened, I was copying and It hanged. So I restarted my PC

I would download the WD Lifeguard Diagnostic program from HERE and run both the quick and extended tests. Note the instructions for use on that page.

If it passes the drive is okay, just corrupted from the disconnect during a write. If it passes the tests, I would use the WD program to do a full erase, then reinitialize using disk management.
