External hdd isn't detected !

Hi all ! so..when I plug my exteral drive I hear the notification sound, the light turns on and it srarts spinning but nothing shows up on my pc, I tried pluging it on 3 other computers and it worked perfectly on each one. Trying to fix it, I updated the driver and formated it on another pc but unfortunatly nothing changed...please help me solve this! and thank you in advance .
if this can help, my specs are:
i5 3340
h77h2-m4
gt730 2gb
4gb 1333mhz ram
250gb hdd
450w psu
and the external hdd is Imation Apollo UX (as windows 10 says)

After formatting did you create partitions??? it may be because you didn't create the partition.

For creating partition go to Disk Management . To do so, press Windows Key + R, type diskmgmt.msc into the Run dialog, and press Enter.

You may see the un- allocated space right click on it select shrink the hard drive and create partition.

bilalmk95 - I can see the HDD on disc management on my pc but when i try to format it or make partitions an error saying that i have to restat my pc pops up every time, I did it succesfully on another pc though, but the hdd still don't respond correctly on mine..

go to device manager and check if any of the device is showing an exclamation mark. If the Serial Bus have the exclamation mark it means that the drivers need attention try to update the drivers of serial bus and check again

@bilalmk95 - all devices are up to date an no one got an exclamation mark on it.
