Question External Keyboard malfunctioning when computer gets hot

Hi!
My keyboard is malfunctioning when my computer gets a little heated. USB ports feels a little bit warm and then my keyboard feels like disconnect itself.
i have no clue what the problem is, i rather not buy a new keyboard.
Never happened to any of my other keyboards so it must be some sort of keyboard failure from manufacture?

Setup:

I7 7700k
Asus z270h
GTX 1080Ti
16gb

Keyboard: Hyperx elite rgb

What sort of an aftermarket cooling are you on for your processor? You might also want to see if you have any BIOS updates pending and if reinstalling your chipset drivers changes your experience.

I use Nzxt Kraken x62. I Will test those things, thx!
