Extracting Error

My friend gave me a file which is in .ARC format, he told me to extract it using FREEARC,i tried it but it only extract 11.9 mb out of 18gb.
what should i do ??

Do u have temp location on C:\ drive? Do u have at least 18GB of free space there?

Any error?

may be that file are corrupt. go to your friend and copy again.
