Extreme DROP FPS after resetting Windows 10

Hello, I've used to get 200+ FPS On Fortnite, Overwatch, etc.. but yesterday i got a blue death screen with error code: DPC WATCHDOG VIOLATION, i tried all soulotuions on the internet but nothing worked so i decided to reset my pc. I did reset and choosed (Keep my files) after that, i downloaded all the apps i need, and the drivers (Updated GPU And everything on my PC) and i downloaded fortnite and overwatch but when i logged in and played i've been getting 70fps, i did a malware scan and deleted every threat on my system, and it became 100fps (Sometimes it drops like its 10) more likely its 1 fps, I tried disabling Game DVR and The other famous soloutions. Nothing worked at all...

CPU: Intel Core i5-8600K @5.10GHz
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB
CPU Cooler: CORSAIR Hydro Series H100i v2
Motherboard: ASUS PRIME Z370-P
PSU: EVGA 650 B3 Power Supply
SSD: SanDisk SSD PLUS 240GB

I think that ur GTX 1050 bottlenecks ur i5-8600k.
